Operations Assistant

- Manufacturing & Order Management

Our fragrance manufacturing studio is looking for a dynamic operations assistant. 

The role would suit a highly organised individual with an eye for detail, and a systematic approach to task management. 

The role entails assisting management with a variety of operational and administrative tasks linked to manufacturing, production and inbound/outbound order management.

Whilst this is a junior/mid-level position, previous experience in operations (preferably in a manufacturing business) is essential. 


  • Assisting management with daily tasks linked to production, logistics, order management and operations.
  • Completing administrative tasks such as raising PO's and ordering of raw materials and inventory, and liaising with suppliers. 
  • Creating the daily production schedule and monitoring the production team to ensure on time delivery of stock.
  • Assisting in the QC process and maintaining production protocols and health and safety procedures within the production team.
  • Assisting management in developing reports and strategies to enhance productivity and operations.
  • Communicating between the production team and management to ensure optimal flow of information and stock delivery.
  • Assisting with the order management process to ensure on time delivery of stock, raw materials and outbound orders.
  • Assist management with tasks related to stock management and stock taking.
  • You will be required to monitor stock levels and ordering, as well as raising manufacturing orders via a sophisticated online manufacturing management system. Please do not apply if you do not have at least 1-2 years experience in using a stock, or manufacturing management system.


              • Minimum qualification: Diploma, certificate or degree in operations or manufacturing management
              • 2-3 yrs relevant experience in manufacturing operations or production management
              • 1-2 yrs experience using a stock or manufacturing management system
              • Proficient in Excel
